Rest & protect
Don't touch the grafts. Sleep with your head elevated. No sport, sauna or alcohol.
Day 3–10
Gentle washing
Wash carefully with the special shampoo provided. Let scabs fall off naturally — don't pick.
Week 2–4
Avoid sun & chlorine
Keep the scalp out of direct sun and away from swimming pools. Light activity can slowly resume.
Month 1–3
Shock loss
Transplanted hairs may fall out — this is expected and not a sign the transplant failed.
Month 3–12
Growth & follow-up
New hair grows in gradually. An annual check-up is recommended to monitor long-term results.
